Special Class Railway Apprentice (SCRA) 2015 is a four year programme for mechanical students, who want to create a career in the Indian Railways. This exam is officially conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). According to the official notification SCRA 2015 exam will be held on 18th January, 2015.
