NDA 2014 Exam Dates | Syllabus | Paper Pattern

On behalf of National Defense Academy, UPSC conducts its exam two times in a year. For a selection of NDA, candidates must not be married. Following I have given you important information on NDA Exam 2014 through which a candidates can make career in the Air Force, Navy and Army.

• Applicants must have achieved 16 years and should not cross the 19 years as on the reckoned date given in the sanctioned notification.

• Applying applicants can not marry until the completion of course training or married applicants can not apply.

• Students who have passed or performing in the 12th Exam from the school documented from any board.

• Students who have passed or performing in the 12th (Mathematics & Physics) from the school documented from any board.

• Current Events

• English

• General Knowledge (Physics, History/Freedom Movement, Chemistry & General Science, )

• Statistics

• Probability

• Integral Calculus

• Matrices and Determinants

• Trigonometry

• Analytical Geometry of 2 & 3 dimensions

• Differential Equations

• Differential Calculuss

• Algebra

• Vector Algebra

The NDA Exam includes two papers. The first NDA paper is Mathematics which is of maximum 300 marks and the second NDA paper is GA (General Ability) which is of maximum 600 marks. The required time for finishing the each NDA paper is 2hours 30 minutes only.

Every year NDA exam is directed twice which is split into NDA Exam Part I and NDA Exam Part II. In the year 2014 the first exam will be held on 20th April 2014 and second exam will be held on 28th September 2014.
